Indications
Tromodil-V Cream is indicated for the treatment of conditions related to estrogen deficiency, such as vaginal atrophy, vaginal xerosis, and other vulvovaginal disorders related to menopause. It can also be used in the management of postmenopausal symptoms in women requiring hormone replacement therapy. This medication helps improve the quality of life of patients experiencing symptoms associated with decreased estrogen, providing relief from vaginal dryness and discomfort.
Composition
Each 100 g of Tromodil-V Cream contains: Conjugated estrogens 62.5 mg. Excipients: purified water, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, among others.
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be used in cases of known or suspected breast cancer, endometrial cancer, active thromboembolic disorders, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, or in pregnant or breastfeeding women without adequate medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, or liver diseases. Regular medical follow-up during treatment is essential, as well as evaluating the risk-benefit ratio in each patient. Treatment should not be stopped abruptly without consulting a doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
