Indications
Tri Luma Cream is indicated for the treatment of skin hyperpigmentation, especially in cases of melasma. This medication combines three active ingredients that act synergistically to reduce melanin production, promote cell renewal, and decrease inflammation. Hydroquinone acts as a depigmenting agent, inhibiting melanin synthesis. Tretinoin, a retinoid, stimulates cell renewal and improves skin texture. Fluocinolone, a corticosteroid, helps reduce inflammation and redness associated with hyperpigmented skin.
Composition
Each 1 g of Tri Luma Cream contains: 0.01 g Fluocinolone (as acetonide), 0.04 g Hydroquinone, and 0.0005 g Tretinoin.
Contraindications
Tri Luma Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be applied to skin areas with viral, bacterial, or fungal infections, or open wounds. Its use in pregnant and breastfeeding women should be evaluated by a doctor.
Precautions
Care should be taken when applying Tri Luma Cream to sensitive skin areas. It is important to avoid excessive sun exposure and use sunscreen during treatment, as the skin may become more susceptible to UV radiation. It is recommended not to use other products containing retinoids or exfoliating agents during treatment.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
