Indications
Tramacet is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is used in patients who require effective pain control, including postoperative pain, pain associated with trauma or injuries, and chronic pain in various medical conditions. Its combination of tramadol, an opioid analgesic, and paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic, allows for a synergistic action in pain management. It is important that its use is under medical supervision, considering the individual characteristics of the patient.
Composition
Each Tramacet tablet contains: 37.5 mg of tramadol (as tramadol hydrochloride) and 325 mg of paracetamol.
Contraindications
Tramacet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components, in those with acute intoxication by alcohol, sedatives, opioid analgesics, or antidepressants. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe respiratory disease, uncontrolled seizures, or severe liver failure.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of substance abuse, epilepsy, or seizure disorders. The use of Tramacet in combination with other medications that affect the central nervous system may increase the risk of adverse effects. It is essential to adjust the dose in elderly patients or those with impaired liver or kidney function.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
