Indications
Tramacet is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is used in situations where effective pain management is required, such as in postoperative cases, cancer pain, and chronic pain. The combination of tramadol and paracetamol enhances the analgesic effect, offering more significant relief compared to the use of each component separately. Tramacet may also be considered in patients who have contraindications to other opioid or non-opioid analgesics. However, its use must be supervised by a doctor, who can determine the appropriate dose and duration of treatment according to the specific needs of the patient.
Composition
Each Tramacet tablet contains 18.75 mg of tramadol and 162.5 mg of paracetamol.
Contraindications
Tramacet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components, in those with acute intoxication by alcohol, hypnotics, opioid analgesics, or any other drug that depresses the central nervous system. It is also contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy and in those who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Tramacet to patients with a history of drug abuse or dependence, as well as in those with severe liver or kidney damage. It is important to monitor for the appearance of adverse effects, especially in elderly patients or those receiving other medications that may interact with the components of Tramacet.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
