Indications
Traderma Ung 0.1% is indicated for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in patients over 2 years of age. This medication is used in cases where topical corticosteroids have not provided adequate symptom control. Additionally, it can be used in the management of other inflammatory skin conditions that respond to immunomodulatory therapy. The application of Traderma must be determined by a healthcare professional, who will assess the severity of the condition and the patient's response to previous treatments.
Composition
Each 1 g of Traderma Ung 0.1% contains 1 mg of tacrolimus as the active ingredient. Excipients: liquid paraffin, microcrystalline wax, among others.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tacrolimus or any component of the formulation. Use is not recommended in patients with active skin infections, including viral, bacterial, or fungal infections.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of skin cancer or lymphomas, as well as in those with chronic skin diseases. Regular medical follow-up is suggested during treatment to monitor response and the possible appearance of adverse effects. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and the use of sunlamps during treatment.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C. Keep the product in its original packaging and out of the reach of children.
