Indications
Tradea Lp is a medication indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and adults. It is also used in the treatment of narcolepsy. Methylphenidate acts as a central nervous system stimulant, helping to improve attention, concentration, and reduce impulsivity and hyperactivity in patients diagnosed with ADHD. Its use should be part of a comprehensive treatment program that includes psychological, educational, and social measures.
Composition
Each Tradea Lp tablet contains 54 mg of methylphenidate, as well as excipients such as lactose, starch, and other inactive components that allow for the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
Tradea Lp is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to methylphenidate or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered to patients with glaucoma, a history of seizure disorders, severe hyperactivity, or a history of substance abuse. Its use is also contraindicated in those with severe cardiovascular diseases or in manic crisis.
Precautions
Caution is recommended when using Tradea Lp in patients with a history of cardiovascular problems, hypertension, psychiatric illnesses, or those who are receiving treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Regular medical follow-up is important to evaluate the response to treatment and adjust the dose if necessary.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 °C. Keep in its original packaging and tightly closed to protect from moisture.
