Indications

Tradea Lp (Methylphenidate) is indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and adolescents aged six years and older, as well as in adults who present symptoms of this disorder. This medication acts as a central nervous system stimulant and helps to improve attention, reduce impulsivity, and control hyperactivity. It is recommended that the use of this medication be part of a comprehensive treatment program that includes psychological, educational, and social measures.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Methylphenidate (as hydrochloride) 27 mg. Excipients: Lactose, starch, magnesium stearate, and others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to methylphenidate or to any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with glaucoma, tics, or a history of seizure disorders. Furthermore, its use is contraindicated in individuals with a history of substance abuse.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, psychiatric disorders, or a history of substance abuse. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate is recommended during treatment. Use in the pediatric population should be supervised by a healthcare professional.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
