Indications
Tiaminal B12 Trivalente A.P. is indicated as a complementary treatment in situations of B-complex vitamin deficiency, as well as in disorders related to the absorption of these vitamins. It is particularly useful in the management of conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, megaloblastic anemia, and neurological disorders associated with nutritional deficiencies. In addition, it can be used in the treatment of chronic fatigue and stress, contributing to the improvement of the patient's general condition.
Composition
Each ampoule of Tiaminal B12 Trivalente A.P. contains:
- Hydroxocobalamin 1000 mcg
- Thiamine 100 mg
- Pyridoxine 100 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with conditions requiring the restriction of vitamin B12 intake or those with a history of severe allergic reactions to B-complex vitamins.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with kidney or liver diseases, as well as in those undergoing pharmacological treatments that may interact with the vitamins present in Tiaminal B12. It is essential to assess the need for this treatment in special populations, such as pregnant and lactating women, as well as in the elderly or those with chronic health conditions.
