Indications
Theraflu Daytime is a medication indicated for the temporary relief of cold and flu symptoms, including fever, headache, nasal congestion, and cough. The combination of paracetamol, dextromethorphan, and phenylephrine works as follows:
- Paracetamol: Analgesic and antipyretic that helps reduce fever and relieve pain.
- Dextromethorphan: Cough suppressant that acts on the cough center in the brain, reducing the urge to cough.
- Phenylephrine: Decongestant that relieves nasal congestion by reducing inflammation of blood vessels in the nasal passages.
Composition
Each sachet contains:
- Paracetamol: 650 mg
- Dextromethorphan: 20 mg
- Phenylephrine: 10 mg
Contraindications
Theraflu Daytime should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe liver diseases or who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Its use is not recommended in children under 12 years of age without a doctor's supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or in those who regularly consume alcohol. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 5 days.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
