Indications

Tempra Xt Night is indicated for the temporary relief of cold and flu symptoms, including fever, headache, nasal congestion, and associated symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose. The combination of its components works as follows:

  • Paracetamol: Analgesic and antipyretic that helps reduce fever and relieve pain.
  • Phenylephrine: Decongestant that relieves nasal congestion and facilitates breathing.
  • Carbinoxamine: Antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms and helps control coughing.

Tempra Xt Night is particularly useful for managing symptoms during the night, promoting better rest.

Composition

Each tablet contains:

  • Paracetamol: 800 mg
  • Phenylephrine: 20 mg
  • Carbinoxamine: 4 mg

Contraindications

Tempra Xt Night is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe liver diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or severe cardiovascular diseases.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver diseases, hypertension, diabetes, or thyroid problems. Its use in combination with other paracetamol-containing medications is not recommended. It is important to follow medical instructions and not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
