Indications
Tempra Children's Syrup is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of fever and pain in children. It is commonly used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, sore throats, and in cases of fever associated with viral or bacterial infections. It is also recommended in vaccination situations, where fever or discomfort may occur after vaccine administration. The dosage should be appropriate for the patient's age and weight, following the doctor's recommendations or the product instructions.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Tempra Children's Syrup contains: Paracetamol 3.2 g.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol or to any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered in cases of severe liver disease or in patients with severe renal insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver disease or who consume excessive alcohol. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose to avoid the risk of liver toxicity. In case of persistent symptoms or if an adverse reaction occurs, a doctor should be consulted immediately. Its use in combination with other medications containing paracetamol is not recommended.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
