Indications

Tempra 500 mg is indicated for the treatment of pain and fever. It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, and pain associated with colds. It is also effective in reducing fever in various conditions, including viral and bacterial infections. Paracetamol acts by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system, which contributes to its analgesic and antipyretic effect.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Paracetamol 500 mg as active ingredient. Excipients: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

Tempra is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver diseases or liver failure, as well as in those who consume large amounts of alcohol.

Precautions

Caution is advised in patients with moderate liver disease, dehydration, or those taking other medications containing paracetamol. Do not exceed the recommended dose and avoid prolonged use without medical supervision. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
