Indications

Tempra 500 mg is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of fever and mild to moderate pain, including headache, muscle pain, sore throat, and general malaise. This medication acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, providing relief in conditions such as colds, flu, and other conditions that present with fever or pain. Its use should be considered in patients who cannot tolerate other analgesics or who require a safe option for pain or fever management.

Composition

Each tablet contains:
Paracetamol: 500 mg
Excipients: Lactose, starch, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

Tempra 500 mg is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol or to any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with severe liver disease or liver failure, as well as those who consume excessive alcohol.

Precautions

Caution is recommended when using Tempra 500 mg in patients with liver disease, chronic alcoholics, dehydration, or malnutrition. The recommended dose should not be exceeded, as excessive use of paracetamol can cause severe liver damage. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
