Indications
Tempra 24Hrs is indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with colds and allergies, including fever, headache, nasal congestion, and general discomfort. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, while phenylephrine provides nasal decongestion by reducing the inflammation of blood vessels in the nasal passages. Carbinoxamine is an antihistamine that helps control allergic symptoms such as sneezing and itching. This medication is suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age.
Composition
Each Tempra 24Hrs tablet contains: 400 mg of paracetamol, 20 mg of phenylephrine, and 4 mg of carbinoxamine.
Contraindications
Tempra 24Hrs is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe liver or kidney disease. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled hypertension, severe cardiovascular disease, or in those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, or respiratory problems. It is important to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may increase the risk of liver toxicity. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
