Indications
Tempra 24Hrs is indicated for the temporary relief of cold and flu symptoms, including fever, headache, nasal congestion, and sneezing. The combination of paracetamol, phenylephrine, and carbinoxamine provides a comprehensive approach to managing these symptoms, offering effective and long-lasting relief. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, reducing fever and alleviating pain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages, making breathing easier. Carbinoxamine is an antihistamine that helps decrease sneezing and nasal discharge, thereby improving patient comfort during the course of the illness.
Composition
Each Tempra 24Hrs tablet contains: 400 mg paracetamol, 20 mg phenylephrine, and 6 mg carbinoxamine.
Contraindications
Tempra 24Hrs is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components. It should also be avoided in patients with severe liver diseases or severe renal failure. Its use is not recommended for individuals with uncontrolled hypertension or severe heart conditions.
Precautions
It is advisable to use Tempra 24Hrs with caution in patients suffering from liver diseases, heart diseases, diabetes, or thyroid problems. Avoid simultaneous use with other medications containing paracetamol to prevent overdose. It is suggested to consult a doctor before starting treatment if other medications are being taken.

Store the product in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
