Indications
Telarteq-Urti is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension in adults. The combination of Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, and Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic, acts synergistically to reduce blood pressure, thereby improving cardiovascular health. This medication can be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensives in patients who do not achieve adequate blood pressure control with a single drug.
Composition
Each tablet contains: 80 mg Telmisartan and 12.5 mg Hydrochlorothiazide.
Contraindications
Telarteq-Urti should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medication. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of angioedema associated with treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs). Its use is not recommended in cases of severe renal insufficiency or in anuric patients.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver disease, electrolyte problems, and those undergoing concomitant treatment with other medications that may cause hypotension. It is important to monitor blood pressure and renal function periodically during treatment. The risk of developing hypokalemia due to the diuretic action of hydrochlorothiazide should also be considered.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
