Indications
Telarquet-Urti is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension in adults. This medication combines two antihypertensive agents: telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, and hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic. This combination allows for more effective blood pressure control, also contributing to the reduction of cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients. Its use is recommended in patients who do not achieve adequate blood pressure control with monotherapy.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
Telmisartan 80 mg
Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg
Contraindications
Telarquet-Urti is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of angioedema associated with previous treatments with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) or angiotensin II receptor antagonists. It should not be used in patients with severe renal failure or in those with uncorrected electrolyte imbalance.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver failure, cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, or those who are taking other antihypertensive medications. Likewise, regular monitoring of blood pressure and electrolyte levels is recommended during treatment with Telarquet-Urti.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
