Indications
Talnesis is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders involving abnormal motility of the digestive tract, such as functional dyspepsia and gastroesophageal reflux. Its action is based on stimulating gastric motility and reducing gastric emptying time, which improves digestion and alleviates symptoms such as feelings of fullness, nausea, and abdominal pain.
Furthermore, Talnesis can be used for the treatment of associated symptoms in conditions such as gastroparesis and irritable bowel syndrome, where an improvement in patients' quality of life has been observed by reducing episodes of gastrointestinal discomfort.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Itopride hydrochloride 50 mg, excipients: starch, lactose, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should also be avoided in cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction, and tumors of the digestive tract that could cause complications.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease, as well as in those who are being treated with other medications that may interact with Itopride. It is crucial to monitor for the appearance of adverse effects in these patients during treatment.

Store in its original packaging, protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
