Indications
Tafirol Ac is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever. It is useful in cases of headache, muscle pain, toothache, menstrual pain, and in postoperative conditions. It is also used for the management of inflammation in diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, where an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect is required. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, while diclofenac provides an anti-inflammatory effect, helping to reduce discomfort associated with various musculoskeletal conditions.
Composition
Each Tafirol Ac tablet contains:
- Paracetamol: 500 mg
- Diclofenac: 50 mg
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the formula, active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, as well as in the third trimester of pregnancy. It should not be administered to patients receiving anticoagulants or who have bleeding disorders.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, asthma, hypertension, or those who are undergoing treatment with other anti-inflammatory medications. Renal and hepatic function should be monitored during prolonged treatment. In case of symptoms of adverse reactions, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
