Indications

Syncol is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, as well as for the relief of symptoms associated with dysmenorrhea. Its formula combines Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic, which helps reduce fever and pain, together with Pamabrom, a diuretic that relieves fluid retention and reduces the feeling of bloating, and Pyrilamine, an antihistamine that helps combat allergic symptoms and reduce spasms. This medication is useful for managing symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle.

Composition

Each tablet contains:
- Paracetamol 500 mg
- Pamabrom 25 mg
- Pyrilamine 15 mg

Contraindications

Syncol is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe liver diseases, a history of peptic ulcer, or severe kidney problems. Its use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended without medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those who consume excessive alcohol. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose, as paracetamol can cause liver damage at high doses.
