Indications
Syncol 500Mg/25Mg/15Mg is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with flu and common colds, such as fever, headache, general discomfort, and nasal congestion. Its combination of paracetamol, pamabrom, and pyrilamine helps relieve pain and reduce fever, in addition to acting as an antihistamine that helps decrease nasal discharge and congestion. This medication is useful in managing symptoms of seasonal allergies and associated allergic reactions, as well as in the treatment of dysmenorrhea, providing relief from menstrual cramps.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Paracetamol: 500 mg
- Pamabrom: 25 mg
- Pyrilamine: 15 mg
Contraindications
Syncol should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It is contraindicated in patients with severe liver disease and those who consume alcohol excessively. Likewise, its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation unless indicated by a doctor.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with mild to moderate liver disease, as well as in those who are undergoing treatment with other medications that may affect liver function. It is important to avoid self-medication and follow the doctor's instructions regarding the dose and duration of treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
