Indications

Synalar Simple Cream 0.01% is indicated for the treatment of various dermatological conditions requiring an anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effect. It is used in the management of contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and other inflammatory skin conditions. Fluocinolone, its active ingredient, acts by reducing inflammation and relieving the itching associated with these conditions. It is recommended to apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice a day, as directed by the treating physician.

Composition

Each 100 g of cream contains 0.1 g of fluocinolone acetonide. Excipients: water, liquid paraffin, microcrystalline wax, among others.

Contraindications

Synalar Simple Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to fluocinolone or any of the formulation components. It should not be used in viral skin infections, such as herpes simplex or chickenpox, or in tuberculous skin lesions. It is also contraindicated in cases of rosacea and perioral dermatitis.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using this medication on large areas of skin, in patients with thin skin, or in children, due to the risk of systemic absorption. Prolonged use is not recommended, as it may cause local or systemic adverse effects. Contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
