Indications

Synalar-Neo Cream is indicated for the treatment of various dermatological conditions requiring the combined action of a corticosteroid and an antibiotic. It is useful in the management of inflammatory dermatitis and infected skin lesions, as well as in the treatment of eczema, allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and other conditions where inflammation and infection coexist. Fluocinolone provides an anti-inflammatory effect, while neomycin acts as an antimicrobial agent, helping to prevent or treat secondary skin infections. Its use is indicated in adults and children over 2 years of age under medical supervision.

Composition

Each 100 g of cream contains: Fluocinolone acetonide 0.01 g and Neomycin 0.35 g. Excipients: purified water, lanolin, petrolatum, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the formula, as well as in untreated viral, fungal, or tuberculous skin infections. It should not be applied to large areas of the skin, especially in children, without proper supervision.

Precautions

It is recommended to use Synalar-Neo Cream with caution in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics. Contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided. It is important not to use the product on extensive lesions or for prolonged periods to avoid systemic adverse effects associated with corticosteroids.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
