Indications
Synalar Nasal is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory and allergic nasal conditions. It is used in the management of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as in cases of acute and chronic sinusitis. Its anti-inflammatory action helps reduce inflammation and nasal congestion, facilitating breathing. It is also indicated in the treatment of nasal polyps, providing relief from associated symptoms.
Composition
Each milliliter of Synalar Nasal contains 0.025 mg of fluocinolone acetonide, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Synalar Nasal is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in untreated viral, bacterial, or fungal infections, nor in cases of active tuberculosis. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with glaucoma or cataracts, unless under strict medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended when using Synalar Nasal in patients with a history of intraocular hypertension. Prolonged use can lead to the development of systemic side effects, so the dose and duration of treatment indicated by the doctor must be followed. In case of irritation or adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
