Indications
Sydolil is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine, as well as for the treatment of certain types of headaches. The combination of Ergotamine and Caffeine acts as a vasoconstrictor, which helps relieve headaches by reducing the dilation of blood vessels in the brain. Acetylsalicylic Acid contributes to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, providing additional pain relief. It is recommended to use Sydolil at the onset of migraine symptoms for optimal effect.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Ergotamine: 1 mg
- Caffeine: 50 mg
- Acetylsalicylic Acid: 400 mg
Contraindications
Sydolil should not be used in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or in those who have hypersensitivity to any of the product's components. It is also contraindicated in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Sydolil to patients with a history of gastric ulcers or bleeding. It is recommended to evaluate liver and kidney function before initiating treatment. Its use in combination with other medications containing ergotamine or derivatives is not recommended, as this may increase the risk of adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
