Indications

Sybrava is indicated as a treatment for reducing LDL cholesterol concentrations in adult patients with primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidemia. Its use is recommended in patients who require additional treatment to diet and other lipid-lowering drugs, such as statins, to achieve adequate control of cholesterol levels. Its use is also suggested in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease or those at high risk of developing it, with the aim of reducing morbidity and mortality associated with these conditions. This medication works by inhibiting cholesterol synthesis in the liver, thus facilitating its elimination from the body.

Composition

Each Sybrava syringe contains 284 mg of Inclisiran Sodium as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that promote the stability and efficacy of the product.

Contraindications

Sybrava is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Inclisiran Sodium or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation, as well as in patients with severe liver or kidney disease.

Precautions

Precautions should be taken in patients with a history of allergic reactions. It is important to monitor LDL cholesterol levels during treatment and adjust therapy as needed. Liver function should be evaluated before starting treatment and periodically during its use.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.
