Indications
Supradol Duet is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain in various clinical conditions. Its formulation combines Ketorolac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that acts by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, and Tramadol, an opioid analgesic that acts on the central nervous system. This medication is commonly used in postoperative situations, oncological pain, and acute pain resulting from injuries or medical conditions that require more effective pain management.
Composition
Each ampule of Supradol Duet contains:
- Ketorolac: 10 mg
- Tramadol: 25 mg
Contraindications
Supradol Duet is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation, as well as in those with a history of allergic reactions to NSAIDs. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, or those receiving treatment with other opioids. Furthermore, its use is contraindicated in patients with a history of substance abuse or opioid dependence.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when used in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular problems, or liver diseases. It is important to monitor renal function during treatment, especially in elderly patients or those with chronic conditions. Concomitant use with other opioid analgesics and NSAIDs should be avoided to prevent adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
