Indications
Stadium (Dexketoprofen Trometamol) is indicated for the treatment of acute pain of mild to moderate intensity, including postoperative pain, muscle pain, dental pain, and pain associated with menstrual disorders. It is also used in the management of inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and other rheumatic diseases, where reducing pain and inflammation is essential to improve the patient's quality of life. Its action is based on the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, which are key mediators in the inflammatory process and in pain perception.
Composition
Each ampoule contains 50 mg of Dexketoprofen Trometamol, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Stadium is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Dexketoprofen or any other component of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of active gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in patients with coagulation disorders. It is also contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease, cardiovascular problems, arterial hypertension, moderate renal or hepatic insufficiency. It is advisable to monitor renal function during prolonged treatments and to avoid combination with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants without medical supervision.
