Indications
Sensibit D Nf is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, and nasal congestion. It is also used to relieve common cold symptoms, including fever and general discomfort. The combination of Loratadine, an antihistamine, with Phenylephrine, a decongestant, and Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic, allows for comprehensive management of respiratory and febrile symptoms in pediatric and adult patients.
Composition
Each 100 mL of solution contains:
- Loratadine: 33.33 mg
- Phenylephrine: 16.66 mg
- Paracetamol: 3.3 g
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of severe liver disease or in patients who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Its use in patients with uncontrolled arterial hypertension or cardiovascular diseases should be carefully evaluated.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, or those who are being treated with other medications that may interact with its components. It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment. If any type of adverse reaction occurs, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
