Indications
Scabisan Shampoo is a medication indicated for the treatment of mite infestations, specifically scabies, in adult and pediatric patients. Permethrin, its active ingredient, acts as an insecticide that paralyzes and eliminates parasites. This product is also used to treat head lice infestations, providing effective and rapid relief in eliminating these parasites from the scalp and hair. Its use is recommended in combination with hygiene and cleaning measures to prevent reinfestations.
Composition
Each 100 mL of Scabisan Shampoo contains: Permethrin 1 g as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to permethrin or any other component of the formula. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without prior medical consultation. It should not be applied to irritated or damaged skin areas.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of respiratory diseases, as inhalation of aerosols may cause irritation. Furthermore, it is important to avoid contact of the product with the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, it is recommended to rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
