Indications

Saridon is indicated for the treatment of various types of pain, including headache, migraine, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and dental pain. It is also used for fever reduction in situations of general discomfort. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, while caffeine enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol and helps to reduce feelings of fatigue. It is important that Saridon is used according to medical indications, especially in patients with pre-existing conditions or in combination with other treatments.

Composition

Each Saridon tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol and 50 mg of caffeine as active ingredients. In addition, it may contain excipients such as starch, talc, and silica, among others, which facilitate the tablet's formulation.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in those with severe liver diseases, and in people who consume large amounts of alcohol. Its use is not recommended in children under 12 years of age without medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those who are being treated with other medications that may affect liver function. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to avoid prolonged use without medical supervision. Likewise, the consumption of caffeine from other products should be considered, as an excess can cause adverse effects.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
