Indications
Sandrena Gel is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with estrogen deficiency in postmenopausal women, including hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. It is also used for the prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at risk of fractures. It may also be indicated in cases of hypogonadism in women, as well as for the treatment of menstrual disorders due to hormone deficiency.
Composition
Each sachet of Sandrena Gel contains 0.1% estradiol as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its absorption and stability. It is recommended to read the leaflet for detailed information on inactive components.
Contraindications
Sandrena Gel is contraindicated in patients with a history of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, or any type of hormone-dependent cancer. It is also contraindicated in cases of severe liver disease, deep vein thrombosis, and in patients who experience allergic reactions to any of the product's components.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, or in those with conditions that may predispose to thrombosis. Regular medical monitoring during treatment is important, especially in the case of women with risk factors.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
