Indications
Sal de Uvas Picot is a medication indicated for the treatment of heartburn, digestive discomfort, and as an antacid. Its formulation helps neutralize excess acid in the stomach, providing relief in cases of indigestion and gastrointestinal discomfort. Its use is recommended in situations of food overload, especially with foods that can cause digestive discomfort. It can also be used to relieve occasional symptoms of gastritis and reflux esophagitis. This product is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age, provided it is used according to the indications and under medical supervision.
Composition
Each sachet contains: Sodium bicarbonate 2.48 g, tartaric acid 0.21 g, citric acid 1.94 g, natural apple flavoring, sweeteners, and excipients.
Contraindications
Sal de Uvas Picot is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe kidney problems, heart failure, or uncontrolled hypertension. Its use is not recommended in cases of appendicitis symptoms or severe gastrointestinal disease without prior medical consultation.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, as well as in those following a low-sodium diet. It is suggested to consult a doctor before use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
