Indications
Ropiconest is indicated for regional anesthesia, including epidural anesthesia and peripheral nerve block anesthesia. This medication is used in surgical procedures to provide analgesia and controlled anesthesia. It is effective in reducing postoperative pain and managing acute pain in various surgical interventions. It can also be used for pain control in patients with chronic painful conditions, always under the supervision of a physician. Composition
Each ampoule of Ropiconest contains: 7.5 mg of Ropivacaine, excipients: water for injection, sodium chloride, among others.
Contraindications
Ropiconest is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Ropivacaine or any other component of the formula. It should not be administered in case of infections at the injection site or in patients with severe bleeding disorders.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with heart, liver, or kidney diseases, as well as in those receiving anticoagulant treatment. Administration should be performed by trained personnel to avoid complications. It is important to monitor the patient during and after drug administration to detect possible adverse reactions.
Storage
Ropiconest should be stored at room temperature, in a dry place, away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
