Indications
Robax Gold is a medication indicated for the relief of muscle pain and reduction of inflammation. It is used in the treatment of acute and chronic conditions that cause muscle pain and stiffness, such as sports injuries, sprains, strains, and other types of musculoskeletal pain. Thanks to its combination of methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant, and ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), Robax Gold acts synergistically to provide effective and rapid relief of pain and muscle tension. Its use is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age.
Composition
Each Robax Gold tablet contains:
- Methocarbamol: 500 mg
- Ibuprofen: 200 mg
Contraindications
Robax Gold is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the formula or to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, severe kidney disease, or in those in the third trimester of pregnancy. Its use should be evaluated in patients with liver or cardiovascular problems.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Robax Gold to patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or a history of allergic reactions to medications. Monitoring is recommended for patients taking anticoagulants or those with bleeding disorders. It is also important to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may increase the risk of digestive adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
