Indications
Rinelon Suspension is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and allergic conditions of the respiratory tract, such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. It is also used in the management of nasal polyps in adults, helping to reduce inflammation and the size of polyps, which improves nasal breathing. In addition, it is indicated for the treatment of sinusitis, thus relieving associated symptoms such as congestion and facial pressure.
Composition
Each milliliter of Rinelon Suspension contains 0.5 mg of Mometasone in the form of Mometasone furoate, as well as excipients such as purified water and other stabilizers that facilitate its administration and efficacy.
Contraindications
Rinelon is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Mometasone or to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with untreated respiratory tract infections, as well as in those with active pulmonary tuberculosis or ocular herpes simplex.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with systemic or local infections, as well as in those who have received other immunosuppressive therapies. If irritation or nasal bleeding occurs, treatment discontinuation should be considered. It should be used with caution in patients with a history of glaucoma or cataracts, as prolonged use may influence these conditions.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
