Indications
Retoflam F is a medication indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various musculoskeletal conditions. It is used in the management of acute and chronic muscle pain, as well as in the treatment of inflammatory states requiring symptomatic relief. This medication combines two active components: methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant that helps reduce muscle tension and spasms, and meloxicam, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that acts by relieving pain and inflammation. It is especially indicated for patients with conditions such as low back pain, tendinitis, and other affections affecting muscles and joints.
Composition
Each Retoflam F tablet contains:
- Methocarbamol 215 mg
- Meloxicam 15 mg.
Contraindications
Retoflam F is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in those with a history of active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, as well as in patients with severe renal insufficiency. It should not be administered during pregnancy or lactation, unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease, kidney or liver disease, as well as in those taking other medications that may interact with the components of Retoflam F. The risk-benefit ratio for the use of this medication should be evaluated in special populations, such as the elderly or patients with comorbidities.

Store in a cool and dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
