Indications

Redoxon 1G is indicated as a supplement in the prevention and treatment of vitamin C deficiency. It is useful in situations of increased requirements, such as febrile, infectious states, or in situations of physical or emotional stress. It is also used to improve iron absorption in the body and in the prevention of diseases caused by this vitamin deficiency. In addition, it can be beneficial in strengthening the immune system and improving overall health.

Composition

Each tablet contains 1 g of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as the active ingredient. Excipients: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, among others.

Contraindications

This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ascorbic acid or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in individuals with severe kidney disease or those with a history of oxalate kidney stones.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of iron metabolism disorders or those undergoing iron treatment. In case of adverse effects, the product should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before starting treatment.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
