Indications
Recoveron N Ointment is a medication indicated for the treatment of superficial bacterial skin and soft tissue infections, as well as for the management of wounds, burns, and skin lesions with a risk of infection. Acexamic Acid acts as an anti-inflammatory, while Neomycin exerts its antibacterial effect on a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms. This ointment is also useful in the treatment of dermatitis and other dermatological conditions that require an anti-infective and anti-inflammatory approach.
Composition
Each 100 g of Recoveron N Ointment contains:
- Acexamic Acid: 5 g
- Neomycin: 0.4 g
Contraindications
Recoveron N Ointment is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation, as well as in those with untreated viral or fungal infections. Its use is not recommended for deep wounds or extensive burns.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when applying the ointment to extensive skin areas or in patients with a history of allergic reactions to aminoglycoside antibiotics. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
