Indications
Quadriderm Nf Cream is indicated for the treatment of various skin conditions involving inflammation and/or infection. This medication combines a corticosteroid (Betamethasone) to reduce inflammation, an antifungal (Clotrimazole) to combat fungal infections, and an antibiotic (Gentamicin) to treat bacterial infections. It is particularly useful in conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and other dermatoses that may be complicated by secondary infections. The use of Quadriderm Nf is indicated for inflammatory skin lesions that require a combined action of these three components for effective symptom control.
Composition
Each 100 g of Quadriderm Nf Cream contains: 0.05 g Betamethasone, 1 g Clotrimazole, and 0.10 g Gentamicin. Excipients: purified water, petrolatum, among others.
Contraindications
Quadriderm Nf Cream is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be used in viral, tuberculous, or non-susceptible fungal skin infections, or in skin lesions that are ulcerated or bleeding. Its use on large areas of skin or for prolonged treatments should be evaluated with caution.
Precautions
It is recommended to avoid contact of the medication with the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of irritation or hypersensitivity, discontinue use. Prolonged treatment with corticosteroids can lead to side effects, so it is suggested to use it under strict medical supervision. It should not be applied to areas of skin with active infections or in patients with a history of recurrent infections.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not refrigerate. Storage temperature should be between 15°C and 30°C.
