Indications
Pulmonarom is indicated as an adjuvant treatment for recurrent respiratory infections in patients with a history of bacterial infections. It is designed to stimulate the immune system, helping to prevent respiratory diseases in patients predisposed to infections. This medication can be used in patients who suffer from chronic bronchitis, sinusitis, or any condition that involves a high risk of respiratory infections. The administration of Pulmonarom should be considered in patients who have a history of recurrent infections and require additional immune support.
Composition
Each Pulmonarom ampoule contains bacterial lysates obtained from different strains of pathogenic bacteria that are responsible for respiratory infections. Specific components and their concentrations are available in the product label information.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with autoimmune diseases or those receiving immunosuppressive treatment, as it could alter the efficacy of the treatment and aggravate the patient's condition.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions and in those with asthma or severe respiratory diseases. It is important to perform medical follow-up during treatment to evaluate the response and adjust the dose if necessary.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
