Plenafem is indicated as a food supplement that provides essential nutrients for women's well-being. This product is especially recommended to support reproductive health and improve quality of life during the different stages of a woman's life. Its use is suggested in cases of nutritional deficiency, during pregnancy for proper fetal development, as well as during lactation. Additionally, it can be useful in preventing certain disorders related to vitamin and mineral deficiencies, promoting eye health thanks to the presence of lutein, and contributing to cardiovascular health through Omega 3 fatty acids.
Composition
Each Plenafem capsule contains:
- Folic Acid: 400 mcg
- Lutein: 10 mg
- Omega 3: 200 mg (including EPA and DHA)
- Other excipients: gelatin shell, glycerin, and other components according to specific formula.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in people with diseases affecting intestinal absorption or specific medical conditions without medical supervision.
Precautions
It is important to consult a doctor before starting the use of Plenafem, especially in cases of pregnancy, lactation, or if under medical treatment for any health condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
- In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
