Indications
Pedialyte is an oral rehydration solution indicated for rehydration and maintenance of electrolyte balance in patients with mild to moderate dehydration, especially in cases of diarrhea and vomiting. It is essential for the recovery of children and adults who have lost fluids, as well as in situations of dehydration due to fever or excessive sweating. This solution is useful for preventing complications associated with dehydration, facilitating a rapid recovery of the patient's health.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Pedialyte contains: - Sodium chloride: 0.46 g - Sodium citrate: 0.30 g - Potassium chloride: 0.20 g - Glucose: 2.50 g - Purified water q.s. 100 ml.
Contraindications
Pedialyte is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components. It should not be used in situations of severe dehydration requiring immediate medical attention or in cases of intestinal obstruction. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal failure that prevents the elimination of electrolytes.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Pedialyte under medical supervision in patients with pre-existing conditions such as heart or kidney disease. It is important to monitor hydration and electrolyte status in patients with persistent vomiting or prolonged diarrhea. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Do not store at temperatures above 30°C. Once opened, it is recommended to consume within 24 hours and keep refrigerated.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
