Indications

Pamorelin is indicated for the treatment of various conditions related to excessive hormone secretion, including the treatment of advanced prostate cancer in men and the treatment of endometriosis in women. It is also used in the management of precocious puberty in children. Triptorelin acts as a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogue, inhibiting the production of sex hormones by the sex glands. This can help reduce the size of hormone-dependent tumors and alleviate symptoms associated with these conditions.

Composition

Each ampoule contains 3.75 mg of triptorelin, as well as excipients necessary for the formulation.

Contraindications

Pamorelin is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to triptorelin or any of the components of the formulation. It should not be used in pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision. Likewise, it is contraindicated in cases of gonadotropin-dependent pituitary tumors.

Precautions

Special precautions should be taken when administering Pamorelin to patients with cardiovascular diseases or severe health problems. Regular medical monitoring is essential to assess treatment response and adjust dosage as needed.
