Indications
Oxal Junior Suspension is indicated for the treatment of intestinal infections caused by helminths and protozoa. Specifically, it is used in the treatment of intestinal worm infections, including enterobiasis (pinworms), ascariasis (roundworms), and giardiasis. The combination of Quinfamide and Albendazole acts synergistically, providing a broad spectrum of action against various parasites. Its use is recommended in children and adolescents, under the supervision of a healthcare professional, to ensure proper dosage and treatment monitoring.
Composition
Each 5 ml of Oxal Junior Suspension contains: 200 mg of Quinfamide and 400 mg of Albendazole, in addition to the excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Oxal Junior Suspension is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. Additionally, its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease or in those with severe hematological disorders.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering this medication to patients with a history of liver disorders, as well as to those who are receiving other medications that may affect liver function. Furthermore, it is important to follow up with a doctor if adverse effects occur during treatment. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without consulting a doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
