Presentation

Oivila is presented in 0.5 mL ampoules, with a concentration of 2.5 mg of Ipratropium Bromide and 2.5 mL of Salbutamol, in a package containing 10 ampoules.

Indications

Oivila is indicated for the treatment of obstructive respiratory diseases, such as bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This medication acts as a bronchodilator, facilitating the opening of the airways and improving breathing. It is particularly useful in situations of acute and chronic bronchoconstriction, relieving symptoms related to airway narrowing, such as dyspnea and cough. Its use is recommended in patients who require maintenance treatment or rescue treatment during exacerbation episodes of their respiratory condition.

Composition

Each Oivila ampoule contains: 0.5 mL of solution including 2.5 mg of Ipratropium Bromide and 2.5 mL of Salbutamol. Excipients: sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and water for injection.

Contraindications

Oivila is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of severe allergic reactions or asthma attacks requiring immediate medical intervention. Its use is not recommended in patients with tachyarrhythmias or severe heart disease.

Precautions

Precautions should be taken in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or prostatic hyperplasia. It is recommended to periodically evaluate lung function and adjust the dose according to the patient's clinical response. Likewise, it is important to avoid combination with other bronchodilator medications without medical supervision.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
