Indications
Ogestan is a dietary supplement indicated to complement the diet in situations where an additional intake of Omega 3, Iodine, Vitamin B9 (folic acid), Vitamin D3, and Vitamin E is required. These substances are essential for the maintenance of various bodily functions. Omega 3 contributes to cardiovascular health and proper nervous system function. Iodine is fundamental for the production of thyroid hormones, and Vitamin B9 is crucial for the formation of blood cells and the development of the fetal nervous system during pregnancy. Vitamin D3 plays an important role in regulating calcium and phosphorus in the body, and Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, protecting cells from oxidative damage.
Composition
Each Ogestan capsule contains:
- Omega 3: 1000 mg
- Iodine: 150 mcg
- Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid): 400 mcg
- Vitamin D3: 800 IU
- Vitamin E: 15 mg
Contraindications
Ogestan is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Caution should also be exercised in patients with bleeding disorders or who are on anticoagulant therapy.
Precautions
It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting to use Ogestan, especially in pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as in patients with pre-existing medical conditions or who are taking other medications.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
