Indications

Numencial is indicated for the treatment of anxiety disorders, as well as for the management of symptoms associated with psychiatric disorders. Diazepam acts as an anxiolytic, providing relief in episodes of anxiety, while sulpiride is used in the treatment of psychotic and mood disorders. This medication can be useful in situations of acute stress, insomnia, and as an adjunct in the treatment of depressive disorders, in addition to its use in the management of symptoms related to withdrawal syndrome in patients with substance dependence.

Composition

Each Numencial tablet contains 50 mg of Diazepam and 2.5 mg of Sulpiride as active ingredients, in addition to excipients that facilitate its formulation and stability.

Contraindications

Numencial should not be administered to patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components, in those with a history of controlled substance abuse, or in cases of severe respiratory insufficiency. It is also contraindicated in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma or myasthenia gravis.

Precautions

Special care should be taken in patients with a history of depression, liver or kidney disease, as well as in those who are receiving other drugs that affect the central nervous system. Regular medical monitoring is recommended during treatment with this medication.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
