Indications
Norutec is indicated for the treatment of various pathologies related to excess gastric acid. Its use is effective in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination with antibiotics, as well as in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers. In addition, it is used in the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and in the prevention of ulcers induced by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Continuous medical evaluation is recommended to determine the duration of treatment and the appropriateness of therapy for each patient.
Composition
Each Norutec tablet contains 20 mg of Ilaprazole as an active ingredient, as well as additional excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the product.
Contraindications
Norutec is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Ilaprazole or any other component of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to drugs of the same group.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease. Likewise, monitoring is recommended for those with nutritional deficiencies or autoimmune diseases. Prolonged use of proton pump inhibitors may be associated with an increased risk of bone fractures. It is important to follow medical instructions and undergo regular check-ups.
Storage
Store Norutec in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use the medication after the expiration date indicated on the package.
