Indications

Nocte (Zolpidem) is indicated for the short-term treatment of insomnia, characterized by difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. This medication acts on GABA receptors in the brain, thereby facilitating sleep induction and maintenance. Its use is recommended for adults who experience disturbances in sleep patterns, especially when these affect quality of life and daily performance.

Composition

Each Nocte tablet contains 10 mg of Zolpidem as an active ingredient, in addition to excipients: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, magnesium stearate, and other inactive components that facilitate the formulation of the product.

Contraindications

Nocte is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Zolpidem or any of the excipients in the formula. Furthermore, it should not be used in patients with a history of substance abuse, severe respiratory diseases, severe liver failure, or those suffering from sleep apnea. Its use during pregnancy and lactation must be evaluated and supervised by a physician.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Nocte to elderly patients, as well as to those with a history of depression or psychiatric disorders. It is important to monitor for the appearance of complex behaviors such as sleepwalking. Prolonged use can lead to dependence or tolerance.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
